What will you do?

• Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks. 
• Review code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting, and implementing software systems.
• Responsible for interpreting architecture and design and code review witih ability to identify and challenge several IT scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing, and release.
• Ability to assign, coordinate, and review the work and activities of programming personnel.
• Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior-level programmers in programming and program coding. 
• Represent team in project meetings and work with business and functional analysts.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects.
• Represent project teams in program meetings.
• Responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation.
• Serve as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations.
• Lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 or more years of business experience.
• 8 or more years of experience with Adobe/ Magento Commerce Enterprise Edition.
• Ability to map business requirements into the eCommerce platform's technical capabilities and guide the Client’s business needs back to the appropriate use of the platform.
• Have architect certification on Magento Commerce.
• Ability to demonstrate proven track record of obtaining and exceeding goals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
• Expert-level knowledge of Demandware B2C eCommerce functionality.
• Expert-level knowledge of Ecommerce Best Practices for Internationalization and Localization.
• Experience with at least ten full-cycle Magento Enterprise engagements from blueprint through launch.
• Responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation.
• Able to identify and challenge several IT scenarios by considering the business environment.
• Familiar with Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.
• Proficient in leading people and comfortable contributing/leverage innovation and capability growth.
• Superior relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
