What will you do?

• As a solution architect, you will work independently to design recommended solutions based on input from business teams and outside agencies.
• B2B Ecommerce site design and development on Magento Enterprise 2.X with a headless PWA Studio frontend is expected.
• You will engage with business & IT stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
• You will provide solution architecture for business problems, platform integration with third-party services, designing and developing complex features for clients’ business needs.
• You will have the opportunity to co-lead globally distributed Magento development teams.
• You will work with project managers and developers to ensure quality solutions are delivered.
• You will integrate highly customized third-party solutions using a range of commerce technologies.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or higher in Computer Science.
• 8 or more years of experience of e-commerce software development with web technologies including: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS.
• 5 or more years of experience with API integrations.
• 5 or more years of experience providing technological solutions in Magento2/Adobe commerce
• Strong management and maintenance of web servers, message broker tools, databases, search engines, composers, caches.
• Proficiency in both object-oriented and functional programming.
• Strong command and high degrees of comfort in design patterns, software architecture, and caching solutions.
• Ability to develop solutions utilizing backend and frontend technology.
• Experience utilizing Scrum style agility development.
• A plus for proficiency in headless architecture, GraphQL, React, Gulp, NodeJS, RequiredJS, KnockoutJS, Punchout integrations, or CICD build tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to articulate design strategy through well-crafted reports and internal presentations.
• High degree of organization and follow through.
• Confirmed ability to think critically and understand all aspects of the deliverables at hand.
• Ability to scope, communicate timely and solve problems that arise.
