What will you do?

 

• Working in an Agile/Scrum development process, providing both technical and business-related feedback.
• Create test strategies and manual test cases with capacity to communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Review functional and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables.
• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
• Execute and evaluate test cases and report test results.
• Identify any potential quality issues per the defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to the team.
• Assure the overall quality of projects are maintained.
• Provide clear and concise bug reports and help the team to narrow down issues
• Contribute to the growth and improvement of our team and processes.
• Participation requirement discussions with PD and Development team, preparing test data and the test environments.
• Defect tracking, giving developers mandatory information of a defect to fix it.
• Preparing analysis reports and “lessons learned” documents from the previous project testing experience and prepare documents that can serve as a resource to improve future quality.
• Communication with the Lead and Manager and conduct review meetings within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering.
• Adobe Commerce/ Magento 2 testing knowledge.
• Knowledge of MTAF and testing using MTAF (Magento test automation framework) in M2 project.
• Deep knowledge of QA best practices across SDLC.
• Experience with Agile processes and managing tasks & defects using tools such as JIRA.
• Strong writing and communication skills. Must be able to clearly describe and discuss problems.
• Experience with quality assurance metrics and reporting.
• Creative thinking, great attitude, strong analytics, and problem-solving skill.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of both large and small teams.
• Experience with API Automation and Selenium Automation a plus.
